3. Service Description

Hairspring provides professional watch repair and restoration services in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our current service offerings include:

• Strap & Bracelet Fitting — resizing, link adjustment, and replacement of straps and bracelets.
• Crystal Replacement & Polishing — renewal of scratched or chipped crystals and light polishing of acrylic surfaces.
• Full Overhaul & Refinish — comprehensive movement overhaul combined with case and bracelet refinishing.

Service availability is subject to workshop capacity. We reserve the right to decline a service request if the condition of the timepiece falls outside our scope of work, and will advise you accordingly.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging our services or using this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the watch and its known condition.
• Disclose any previous repairs, modifications, or damage you are aware of.
• Not submit stolen or counterfeit timepieces for service.
• Collect your watch within a reasonable period after completion — typically within 30 days of notification.

• Work timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability and workload.
• A written condition report accompanies all Full Overhaul & Refinish services upon return.
• We handle all timepieces with professional care, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions that become apparent during service.

You may cancel a service request before work commences by contacting us directly. Once work has begun, cancellation may be subject to a partial charge reflecting work completed.
